Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Room Walkthrough in South Lake Tahoe (Stateline/Heavenly)
Hello travelers, this is a quick walk-through of the room I stayed in for multiple nights at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in South Lake Tahoe (Stateline/Heavenly). I stayed here the second week of May during off season for the area. Hence the low room rate, amount of snow still on the mountains, and why the pool was being cleaned. The room was comfortable for myself and my sister, as mentioned in the video my sister and I both had birthdays that had recently passed and upon mentioning this was a gift to ourselves the staff at the front desk upgraded us to a lake view free of charge. The beds were extremely soft as were the pillows and even having the window open all night with temperatures dipping into the low forties, the blankets and sheets kept us cozy warm. The shower also had great pressure and the water heated up rather quickly. Beyond the room as mentioned in the video, all the staff at the resort were extremely pleasant and welcoming to every question we had and always had a smile when approached. The thing I enjoyed most about the resort outside of the room was how clean the air was in the casino compared to others in the area. Cigarette smoke gives me a sore throat and I did not have any issues while in the Hard Rock. I cannot say the same for the other casinos in the area. Furthermore the location is easy to get to, they do offer valet parking as well as premium parking for an additional fee. As we were visiting during the off season we were able to find parking rather quickly on the second story of the outdoor parking garage. This does have stairs as well as elevator access. The resort also offers dining, on stage performances (check listings or call the resort for information), two gift shops, an oyster bar, and a tattoo studio among many priceless relics and artifacts from music legends.
